Dr Eleni Mahanidis is a passionate second-generation Chiropractor with a lifelong commitment to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health and well-being. Inspired by her father, Dr Jim Mahanidis, who founded their family Chiropractic practices in 1978, Dr Eleni was immersed in the Chiropractic lifestyle from an early age and knew she would one day follow in his footsteps.
After graduating from Macquarie University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic, Dr Eleni joined the family practice alongside her brother and associate, Dr Theo Mahanidis, continuing a proud legacy of care. Since then, she has worked extensively with families, infants, children and sporting teams, including volunteering with Football NSW youth development programs.
With a deep passion for Chiropractic paediatric care, pregnancy and women’s health, Dr Eleni is a Webster’s Certified practitioner and has undertaken additional postgraduate training over many years. In 2021 she completed a Diplomate in Neuro-developmental Chiropractic Paediatrics. Dr Eleni’s passion for caring for children with Neuro-devleopmental conditions continued and in 2023 she completed the Melillo Method, Advanced Clinical Methods with Dr Robert Melillo.
Since then, Dr Eleni has further developed her skills and knowledge in these areas and has become well recognised in her community as one of the leaders of Chiropractic paediatric care. She has been asked to feature in podcasts, instagram lives, documentaries, workshops and wellness events. With a passion to help others, she volunteered her time and knowledge hosting these free events.
In 2024 Dr Eleni Mahanidis was named a finalist in the FLARE (Female Leaders Achieving Remarkable Excellence) Awards, which celebrated the extraordinary achievements of women in business who exemplify excellence, innovation and community spirit.
She is a proud member of the Australian Chiropractic Association (ACA), the Australian Spinal Research Foundation (ASRF), and the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA).
In May 2025 Dr Eleni Mahanidis attended the 18th World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) Biennial Congress in Copenhagen Denmark. THe WFC Congress featured international keynote speakers, compelling panel discussions, groundbreaking science and inspiring workshops. As a regular attendee internationally, Dr Eleni strives to excel in her profession by ensuring she brings the latest in skills, knowledge and research to provide the best possible evidence-based heart led Chiropractic care to her patients.
Dr Eleni brings warmth, clinical excellence and up-to-date knowledge to every consultation, striving to support her patients across all life stages—from pregnancy to childhood and beyond. Her unwavering dedication and love for Chiropractic care and her patients continue to drive her mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
